Worker's Comp

Clint Davies is the leader of our firm’s Management and Information Technology Consulting Group. He has broad experience consulting with government, healthcare, not-for-profit, and commercial sector clients. Clint recently led BerryDunn’s independent assessment of the Maine Workers’ Compensation Board’s governance structure and the effectiveness of its business processes. As part of this project, Clint interviewed stakeholders, assessed work processes and systems, and provided recommendations that were used by the executive branch of the government to develop legislation to initiative changes to the Workers’ Compensation Board.
